Wichtige Konfigurationshinweise

  • MODULES MUST BE ORDERED AND INSTALLED IN PAIRS for Dual Channel mode. Kingston offers "K2" kit part numbers for Dual Channel mode.
  • Mixing different memory speed DIMMs is not recommended.
  • Only systems/motherboards with AMD's Opteron Socket F 45-nm CPU can use the DDR2-800 part numbers.
  • To achieve 64GB using DDR2-667 or DDR2-800 (32GB per processor bank), 4GB Single Rank modules must be installed. There is a limit of eight memory ranks per processor bank at this speed, using either FOUR Dual Rank modules, or EIGHT Single Rank modules.
  • Mixing x4 and x8 modules is allowed, however not within the same bank.
