Per Intel, only select Xeon Platinum 8400 series and Gold 6400 series processors support 4800MT/s DDR5. Mid- and lower-tier processor models will clock memory speeds down. Some processor models will limit speed to 4000MT/s. Kingston memory will automatically clock down to run at optimal speed depending on processor model.
