Intel Xeon 1st/2nd Gen Scalable Intel C62x Series

Only Intel Xeon x2xx Series (Cascade Lake-SP) processors can use memory modules built with 16Gb density DRAM. BIOS/firmware updates and/or specific board revisions may also be required.
Memory will clock down to run at optimal speeds depending on processor model and number of modules installed.

Mixing x4 and x8 modules is allowed, however not within the same bank.
This system supports either Registered ECC (RDIMM) or Load Reduced (LRDIMM) memory. Mixing RDIMMs and LRDIMMs is not supported within this system.
