Mixing different memory speed DIMMs is not recommended.
Only systems/motherboards with AMD's Opteron Socket F 45-nm CPU can use the DDR2-800 part numbers.

To achieve 64GB using DDR2-667 or DDR2-800 (32GB per processor bank), 4GB Single Rank modules must be installed. There is a limit of eight memory ranks per processor bank at this speed, using either FOUR Dual Rank modules, or EIGHT Single Rank modules.
Mixing x4 and x8 modules is allowed, however not within the same bank.
