LRDIMMs:

Configurations up to 512GB can be reached using Kingston's 32 and 64GB modules IN GROUPS OF FOUR.

MODULES MUST BE ORDERED AND INSTALLED IN GROUPS OF FOUR for Quad Channel mode.
DDR4 modules automatically clock down depending on which model Intel Xeon processor is installed.

Mixing x4 and x8 modules is allowed, however not within the same bank.
Kingston offers both Registered (RDIMM) and Load Reduced (LRDIMM) memory modules. Registered and Load Reduced modules CANNOT be mixed within the same system.
