ECC UDIMMs:

Virtually any configuration up to 128GB can be reached using any combination of Kingston's 2, 4 and 8GB ECC Unbuffered modules or kits.
RDIMMs:

Virtually any configuration up to 512GB can be reached using any combination of Kingston's 2, 4, 8, 16 and 32GB ECC Registered modules or kits.
LRDIMMs:

Virtually any configuration up to 512GB can be reached using Kingston's 32GB Load Reduced modules or kits.

MODULES MUST BE ORDERED AND INSTALLED IN GROUPS OF FOUR for Quad Channel mode.
Kingston offers "K4" kits part numbers for Quad Channel mode.
Kingston offers Unbuffered ECC UDIMM, Registered RDIMM and Load Reduced LRDIMM memory modules. Modules of different memory types CANNOT be mixed within the same system.

Mixing x4 and x8 modules is allowed, however not within the same bank.
Faster memory will clock down to run at optimal speed and voltage depending on processor model and number of modules installed.
