    Full time, hybrid - 38.5 hours per week (Mon-Thu 8am – 5pm, Fri 8am - 3pm) - Additional hours as required for event attendance.
  • Position Summary:
    As part of the Strategic Marketing team, you will be responsible for researching topics and campaigns, and creating assets and marketing tools that our sales teams can use to take to market.
    Working in consultation with regional directors, BDMs, TRG, Channel Marketing, and PR teams, you will identify the needs of our teams and collaborate with US and other channels to develop relevant assets.
    You will also support PR efforts by aligning content and messaging with campaign goals, ensuring consistent communication across all media, and reporting on the use and impact of those assets to all stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Liaison with Business Managers and Business Development Managers (BDMs) to identify possible campaigns, markets, and products to focus on.
  • Research and develop ideas with all stakeholders. Use that research to create assets using all the marketing vehicles.
  • Bring together the necessary stakeholders to develop ideas and create video content. Take ownership of the entire process, from concept development and collaboration with the creative team through to promotion and performance reporting.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute key B2B events in collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key B2B influencers in focus countries to support awareness and credibility.
  • Deal with ongoing/ad hoc enquiries from various teams on asset requests.
  • Work as part of the Strategic Marketing team, communication will be key to ensure smooth running.
  • Work with agreed alliance partners to bring these together on a Pan-European basis.
  • Assist in quarterly marketing reports, QBRs, and monthly reporting preparation.
  • Communicate with internal and external customers about activities, actions, programmes, and coordinate activity with these teams as appropriate.
  • Work with the Social Media team to help plan B2B content on a monthly basis.
  • Review and provide feedback on PR articles to ensure alignment with campaign goals, brand messaging, and target audiences.
  • Liaise with PR team to ensure they share relevant key topics from their agencies and provide them with assets and content they can leverage effectively.
  • Results are key, work with various teams to assess the effectiveness of activities, analyse data, and determine future action.

Other Responsibilities:

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Education / Qualifications:
Minimum Criteria
  • Degree level educated (or equivalent) in a business-related discipline.

Experience / Knowledge:
Minimum Criteria
  • B2B selling or marketing experience (preferably both).
  • Fluent in English, and German or French or Spanish. Spoken and written to business level.
  • Strong background in IT Marketing.
  • Experience of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to intermediate level.
  • Good standard of numeracy.
Desirable
  • Experience with creation of video/case study content.
  • Experience with Email Marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with PR & Communications.

Skills / Behaviours:
