Note importanti sulla configurazione

  • This system supports Registered ECC (RDIMM) or Load Reduced (LRDIMM) memory. Mixing RDIMM and LRDIMM is not supported within this system.
  • If only one processor is installed, only 12 DIMM slots are available. When populating with four processors 48 DIMM slots are available.
  • Depending on the memory configuration and processor model, the memory speed may run at 1600MHz, 1333MHz or 1066MHz. See latest ProLiant QuickSpecs for processor models and supported memory speeds.
  • 4GB DDR3-1333 Reg ECC modules come in two versions: 313/4G using x4 and 3138/4G using x8 DRAM. The two parts may be installed in the same system but not within the same memory bank. Use like modules for dual and triple channel operation.
  • DDR3-1866 is supported on selective Xeon E5-4600 v2 processor models. DDR3-1600 memory is supported by Xeon E5-4600 and E5-4600 v2 series processors.
