MODULES MUST BE ORDERED AND INSTALLED IN GROUPS OF EIGHT FOR MAXIMUM MEMORY PERFORMANCE.
Kingston memory will clock down to run at optimal speed depending on processor model and number/type of modules installed.
HP states the following speeds are supported per DIMM type and configuration:
1R (Single Rank) DIMMs at 2666 in 1DPC (1 DIMM per Channel)
2R (Dual Rank) DIMMs at 2400 in 1DPC (1 DIMM per Channel)
4R (Quad Rank) LRDIMMs at 2666 in 1DPC (1 DIMM per Channel)

1R (Single Rank) DIMMs at 2133 in 2DPC (2 DIMMs per Channel)
2R (Dual Rank) DIMMs at 2133 in 2DPC (2 DIMMs per Channel)
4R (Quad Rank) LRDIMMs at 2133 in 2DPC (2 DIMMs per Channel)
