Important Configuration Notes

  • MODULES MUST BE ORDERED AND INSTALLED IN PAIRS for Dual Channel mode, or IN QUADS for Quad Channel mode. Kingston offers "K4" kit part numbers for Quad Channel mode.
  • This system supports either Registered ECC or Unbuffered ECC memory. Mixing Registered ECC and Unbuffered ECC modules is not supported within this system.
  • Mixing x4 and x8 modules is allowed, however not within the same bank.
  • Depending on the memory configuration and processor model, the memory speed may run at 1600MHz, 1333MHz or 1066MHz. Refer to Toshiba documentation for processor models and supported memory speeds.
