Kingston offers "K4" kit part numbers for Quad Channel mode. Kit part numbers consist of four Single Rank, Dual Rank, or Quad Rank modules.
Mixing x4 and x8 modules is allowed, however not within the same bank.

This system supports either Registered or Load Reduced memory. Mixing Registered RDIMMs and Load Reduced LRDIMMs is not supported within the system.
Due to chipset limitations, Quad Rank RDIMMs are limited to TWO DIMMs Per Channel (2 DPC) quad channel memory banks per processor.
